1.   Do you have quality inspection in your factory?  do you provide a quality inspection form with all measurements?
---Yes, of course we have.  Testing reports will be provided if needed.

2. What is the average delivery date?
---Samples, it will take about 7-10 days.
Mass production, it may cost  10-20 days, depends on the quantity and processing degree.

3.  What is your MOQ?
---We have no certain MOQ, welcome produce prototype as a trial.

4.  What equipment do you have?
---We have advanced CNC machining centers, CNC turning lathes, CNC drilling lathes, CNC milled machine,stamping
welding equipment&high-educated engineers so we can make products according to your drawings or samples.

5.   Is the material ROHS compliant?
---Yes, the material is complied with ROHS certification.

6.   Will your company sign an NDA?
---Yes, of course.  We can sign an NDA before you send us the drawings or design scheme.

7.   What is your machining tolerance and roughness?
---We can reach the tolerance +-0.005——+-0.01mm.  The roughness we can reach with Ra 0.6——Ra3.2.

8.   How does your factory control quality?
---Experienced engineers will trace all the process and various type of advanced testing equipment.
including but not limited to Coordinate Measuring System, Ultrasonic Tester, and Imaging Spectrometer
to help detect and minimize defects.

9.   How will you deal with the faulty?
---(1)Our products are produced in strict quality control system and 100% inspection before the shipment.
(2)We always prepare 2% spare parts for the orders for replacement.
(3)During guarantee period, if the default parts are caused of quality problem, new parts will be sent for replacement.
(4)For complex problem, we will communicate with customers for better solution
